Via Christi Cottageschool Community is a weekly gathering designed to strengthen and support Homeschoolers who are committed to classical education.
We will meet one day each week to share in the study of select subjects, to practice time-honored academic habits, and to cultivate that sense of order and beauty that are the hallmarks of a classical education.
How It Works
All participating families follow a shared curriculum in Latin, Literature, and Classical Studies, providing a common foundation for our work together. Throughout the school week, families work through the week’s material at their own pace and rhythm.
On Cottageschool Day, students gather for review and reinforcement—solidifying what has been learned at home, practicing together, and benefiting from the shared experience of a like-minded community. Additionally, Cottageschool Day will include assembly, a group science experiment, a guided art project, oration, and community lunch and rec time.
Parents remain fully independent in their choice of Mathematics and Language Arts, allowing each family the flexibility to meet the specific needs of their children.
